We understand, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.

Simply call us at (609) 462-7500 or email us at info@starspangledamericans.com within 30 days to discuss your need for exchange or return. Note that all items must be returned promptly in unused condition and with all tags attached.

If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay to have it shipped back and ship the correct product to you. Please consult your customer service representative for details.

Here's How to Return Or Exchange Your Item.
1. Email us at info@starspangledamericans.com. Our customer service rep will issue you a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

2. Address the package with the RAC written on the label to:

3. Include a copy of your invoice with the RAC written there as well.

Any items sent back must be shipped back properly in order to ensure the product is protected from damage. Package and insure your return for the full value of the merchandise. Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. If the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton. Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package with order number clearly visible. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your credit card statement.
Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
