To All Americans Who Love Their Country:

My name is Robert D. Battis and I founded the Star Spangled Americans Society in September 2005. This Society was incorporated as a 501 (c) 3 "not for profit" company with the Tax ID# 20-3683253. My motivation for starting the Society was to create a platform to unify all of America's patriots who love this country and what it stands for. The Charter Members will be carefully selected to create an agenda for the United States of America that helps our nation to address and overcome our nation's challenges. This Society will confront our political system and challenge and guide it to overcome the problems facing this nation. The society will promote its foundation of "Ignoring Politics & Embracing Patriotism®". By doing so, we'll push for all political parties to move to the center, and do what's best for the country and not what's best for their political party, which will ultimately benefit the American people.

The Society will promote values, character, patriotism and a vision that serves the common good of our country. This Society is being launched to serve the country, not its founder, members, or affiliates. We want to guide the country to operate more intelligently as well as more efficiently. Because we have no allegiance to any special interests, we can take the high road and a long-term view of what will serve the country best. I am selecting some of the best thinkers in America to become Charter Members. The goal of the Society is to provide the best solutions for the country's problems as a "think tank" and push the agenda as a "lobbyist" for the IMPROVEMENT of the country. This approach will best serve the poor of this country, the middle class of this country, and the rich of this country. We want to encourage and provide incentives to the rich to help grow the nations most financially challenged, out of their poverty. We want to grow the middle class and improve their wealth, and we want to create the direction that eliminates unemployment. By communication on a large scale that is non political, we can encourage cooperation in the United States. This society will bring vast improvement to the life of all Americans. The Society will be a voice for doing what is right. We'll educate Americans to think differently by working "More as a Team" and having less of a "Me, Myself, and I" mentality. This Society will be the "Cure For What Ails America".

Our Society will address and promote what's best for America, and not what's best for special interests. To carry out our plans, the Society will raise money with large and small corporations, major sports teams, various religious communities and other affiliations, through sponsorship and donations. SSAS, when in the financial position to do so, will promote a “Unite America Tour™” which will be "Rock'n For The Cure™, around the USA. The tour plan will be executed by the Big Bang Entertainment Company, LLC, which has produced several fundraisers for the Society, helping our Troops and the Red Cross. This company will produce the tour and the band I founded, the “Bangers” All American Rock-n-Roll Band”, will perform on the tour. BBEC will also invite other well known artists to perform on tour, which will in addition, bring the American people together. The “Bangers” Band® has been supporting an All American Agenda since its inception. Their website is www.thebangersband.com.

We believe the tour could net SSAS $100,000,000 after all expenses are paid, which will help us to carry out our plans for a better America.

The Big Bang Entertainment Company, LLC - owns, represents and sets the direction of the “Bangers” All American Rock-n-Roll Band®. Below please find a picture of a promotional CD named “Star Spangled Americans – Love America”. This two-song retail CD is found for sale on our web site. Because this is a patriotic CD, we will promote the CD for use in fundraisers for patriotic events and other Americana events. This CD features the song “Star Spangled Freedom™”, which was submitted for a Grammy in September ’05 – for song of the year. The other song “Journey To Eternity™” was submitted for a Grammy for 2006. We will send this CD out to any one who joins the society with a $25 donation.

We are very pleased about what is happening in our Society since its inception in September 2005. The ball is already rolling on our society. As you know, great journeys start with ideas and the fuel to get them implemented. We are raising money to build momentum at a greater pace.
